I got the best results especially for my back acnes using natural products like Blackmore’s Soap Free Body Wash and a great soap bar that contains dead sea mud which really purified my skin and dramatically reduced the back acnes in just a couple of days.

These are readily available from Health Food Stores and really work!

I start off by using a loofa or body brush to remove the dead skin and stimulate the blood flow.

Then I just used the bodywash and Dead Sea Soap while having a shower and the great thing is you don’t need to let them sit on your skin for ages like other treatments.

If I was having a particularly bad outbreak I’d use a Dead Sea Mud Pack.

It’s a little awkward to cover your back with Mud so you might need the assistance of a close friend!
